No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay, including tax. Some of our tours do not include the entry fee, this is specified in excluded section of the tour details.
We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Excursion Ocho Rios requires a deposit of 20% of the total cost to our paypal account. You will be automatically taken to the payment window when you book online. Please Contact Us for paypal details or other payment methods if you are not booking online.
Reservation
You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 48 hours you will forfeit the tour deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
Tour Locations
Excursion Ocho Rios does tours island wide. However, our emphasis is on Ocho Rios, the attraction hub of Jamaica.
Excursion Ocho Rios picks up from the Falmouth Pier, Ocho Rios Pier, both Interntional Airports and all the major hotels in and around Ocho Rios. Additionally, we can arrange pickup from other locations as required.
Package tours from Excursion Ocho Rios requires a minimum of four (4) persons.
Kids five(5) years old and under travel free on all Excursion Ocho Rios tours.
