  • Deposit Requirement: A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid on the day of the tour in cash or by other prearranged payment methods.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash. The entry fees can be paid at the tour location via debit cards, credit cards or cash.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Modifications: Any changes to your booking (such as dates or participants) should be communicated at least 48 hours before the tour. We will accommodate changes based on availability.

4. Pricing and Fees

  • Tour Price: The price listed on the website covers transportation and guided tours but does not include entry fees to attractions unless otherwise specified.
  • Entry Fees: Entry fees are payable at the activity location. Some packages may not require an entry fee, which will be indicated in the tour details.
  • Additional Costs: Purchases of food, drinks, souvenirs, or other personal items during the tour are not included in the tour price.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Arrival: It is your responsibility to arrive at the designated pickup point on time. While we aim to be accommodating, we cannot wait indefinitely, and no refunds will be issued if you do not show up.
